Dear Valued Customer,
Effective January 2019, our carrier partner A.P. Moller – Maersk conducted a reorganisation of their company. To further underline this effort, they are now aligning the naming of their legal entities and related trading names towards the Maersk name, in cases where such entities serve both the Ocean and Logistics & Services businesses.
The carrier name changes will take effect on the carrier side on November 16, 2019. The INTTRA by E2open platform will execute these changes on December 7, 2019.
Please kindly review the guidelines provided in this message and share this information within your organization so that any updates are also completed by you or your team.
The carrier name changes will be effective in all web portal applications and all EDI messages.
For customers using INTTRA Web to submit bookings, shipping instructions, etc. please note that the new Maersk carrier names will be displayed under the carrier selection.
For customers using INTTRA EDI to submit bookings, shipping instructions, etc., we ask you manage the necessary updates to the carrier name change within your system. IMPORTANT: Remember that SCAC Codes remain unchanged, so no adjustments are to be made in that part of the EDI message.
Should you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact email@example.com.

This is simply a name change.
If you use any of these carriers, you can update their names in Prodoc by pressing Edit > Shipping Companies > [Relevant Shipping Company]. The name here is what is sent to INTTRA (alongside the SCAC code or Email Address).
Their INTTRA (SCAC) codes have not changed, so you should not need to modify these. If you find you’re shipping to these companies and not using INTTRA codes, and you want to start using these codes, you’ll need to contact INTTRA to have your account mapped to these codes. Once this is complete, you enter the SCAC code above into the INTTRA Code field on the shipping company.
