When submitting to INTTRA, carriers should be expecting submissions from your organisation*. This is achieved by mapping shipping companies to your INTTRA account and is done on the INTTRA portal. When mapped, you should have access to their “INTTRA code” which is their four character SCAC code which you can then load against the shipping company in Prodoc.
*This isn’t actually mandatory, but they’ll probably ignore submissions they aren’t expecting.
Without the SCAC code, all is not lost. Successful INTTRA submissions can also be forwarded to an email addresses rather than the SCAC code which is ideal for carriers who don’t use INTTRA (or haven’t integrated their systems).
Customer Actions:

Login to the INTTRA portal and request access to the required carriers.

Note carrier SCAC codes and/or contact email addresses

Update carriers in Prodoc with their SCAC code or email address.
