Overview:
As mentioned in the IT Action for the Vendor Central Email Address, eCertify is extremely stubborn around email addresses and each organisation must have registered approved email addresses that can’t be used anywhere else or changed.
The rules around it are almost ridiculous to the point where one user has three different email addresses, and three different accounts that are almost the same for the three companies they process docs for from the one Prodoc system.
As a result your user email address in Prodoc MUST exactly match the one registered in eCertify, and if you ever change your company name and get new email addresses, make sure you register the new account before removing the old domain.

Log into eCertify and check the registered and approved email address

Check (and update) this email address against the user in Prodoc found at Prodoc Home > Edit > User Details. If the email addresses differ, you’ll need to make them match to submit to Chamber.
