Prodoc 3 now has a built in Remote Support tool that allows us to quickly and readily access your system for support so that we can assist in real time.
To access this, navigate to Edit > System Configuration > Remote Support
This will open an instance of TeamViewer after a 10-15s delay, followed by a prompt that will automatically fill your Windows name with an amber light that turns green when it’s ready to go.
As soon as this light turns green your instance will pop up on our screen and we’ll then be able to request access to your machine.
Pressing Allow will then mean we can see your screen and troubleshoot from your perspective.
