If you find yourself creating a new user within Prodoc, often you’ll have long forgotten your Customs Declarant PIN if you’ve only ever used Prodoc to submit Customs Entries.

As these are encrypted within the database, they cannot be recovered from Prodoc however they can be found on the Customs TSW website.

To do this, login to the TSW website and in the first screen you should be presented with the item “My Client Types”:

Selecting the burger context menu on the right side of your declarant should present the option to “Manage My PIN”.

From here you will be able to view your current PIN and issue a new PIN:
